Toby Mintz, the eldest of the Mintz's 6 children who was born just after her parents moved to Aspen introduced her father, Rabbi Mendel Mintz. Words can't express the feeling of warmth, pride and excitement as over 650 came to celebrate "history in the making" and a new era for Aspen Valley's Jewish community!
