Israel's National Museum of Science has been successfully promoting young Israelis in science and technology for more than 30 years. Operating in the historical building of the Haifa Technion – Israel's Institute of Technology, the Museum enjoys the steadfast scientific and academic support of the Technion in all its activities.
Promoting excellence and equal access as its core values, the Science Museum works to expose young Israelis to the wonders of science and technology - and to encourage them to consider science and technology as a future path for their education and career. Emphasis is placed on supporting youngsters from underserved or marginalized populations – such as female students, minorities and Israel's social and geographic periphery.
Approximately 300,000 visitors annually make the Israel Science Museum the largest informal Science Education institute in Israel.
