What is the capacity of the JCC?

We can accommodate up to 300 for a cocktail party on two levels, 225 for a buffet, 200 for a plated sit down dinner and 175 for a sit down with a dance floor in the ballroom.

What is the rental fee?

Our rental rates vary based on time of week and year, as well as load in time required, number of guests, etc. Please send us an email detailing the nature of your event, estimated attendance and timing and we’ll get right back to you. Or call us at the office, 970-544-3770.

Do you have exclusive or preferred vendors?

We have a preferred list of vendors ranging from AV to Photographers that we can highly recommend. Please e-mail or call us to ask for this listing.

What does the rental fee include?

The rental fee includes tables, chairs, silverware, china & glassware for events.

Is the building wheelchair accessible?

Yes, all floors are serviced by an elevator.

Which areas do you service for meal delivery and off-site catering?

Aspen to Snowmass Village.

What kind of cuisines do you serve?

A wide variety ranging from American, Italian, French, Moroccan to Asian and Mexican.

What Kosher certification to you hold?

Cholov of Ysroel and Glatt Kosher Products Under Supervision of Rabbi Mendel Mintz.

How long in advance do you need to be booked?

Minimum of 7 Days

Do you provide linen and decoration?

We can provide basic white linen and limited decoration or recommend rental & decor companies that service the valley.

What type of food service do you offer?

In-house catering, meal delivery / take-out and off-site catering.

What form of payment do you accept?

Cash, checks and all major credit cards.

When is full payment due?

One week after the event.
