The History of the Star of David provides a beacon of light as it guides us in creating a long-lasting legacy for the new Aspen Jewish Community Center.

Created by artist Marc Bennett, The History of the Star of David, with its vibrant, luminescent color palette, invites us to take an historical journey with this iconic symbol. A journey that brings to life a rich history of triumphs and struggles and offers hope for a promising and vibrant future.

This engaging artwork is predominately featured in the Welcome Hall at the Aspen Jewish Community Center celebrating a long awaited journey of its own; the landmark opening of this state-of-the-art building and campus in downtown Aspen for all to enjoy.

In appreciation and recognition of your generous contribution to the Center, you will receive, as a gift from us, this inspirational, limited edition artwork personally signed and numbered by the artist himself. These beautiful, museum quality prints are offered on archival paper or on specially coated metal and are available in various sizes to adorn any home, office, synagogue or institution.

Your donation will benefit numerous programs and activities, from the Center's Preschool and Youth/Teen Center to the daily operations of the Synagogue and special events in the Grand Ballroom.
