The Cuisine:

Our in-house Executive Chef Stanley Coriat grew up in France with Moroccan roots and worked for years at one of Paris’ largest event and catering companies. For the past 15 years, he has lived in the Roaring Fork Valley and has been a high-end personal chef for private clients in Aspen and Snowmass. He upholds the highest Kosher standards using only Glatt kosher meats and Cholov Yisroel dairy products.

Chef Coriat will personally consult with guests to create a unique and custom menu. From impressive appetizers to dramatic dinners, we offer a wide range of menus that are created for your individual taste and a lasting impression.
